As a growing creative agency we have changed and adapted our way of communicating with and on behalf of our customers.
Since the early 2000’s we needed a supplier to help us with numerous projects, from collating and mailing, to the fulfillment and mailing of point of sale items. With varying data and items to be fulfilled, we needed a supplier who could adapt to each project, plus be fully GDPR compliant and share our key ethos and values.
Stage One > Receipt of Data
Good data is key for a good mailing experience, but even when the data is, shall we say a little wobbly, PS Mailing have been able to help with the clean-up and tidying of our supplied mailing lists. PS Mailing has measures in place to make sure that they handle all data provided in a transparent and professional way. With data exchange portals and destruction date policies, we have never been concerned with their handling of our data.
Stage Two > Receipt of print
With our print being held and sourced from different suppliers, PS Mailing carefully check that everything is as we have stated and is held in their warehouse, situated right next to the fulfillment centre. They ensure nothing is below standard and that nothing is missing.
Stage Three > Packing
Following the stock breakdown, the packing can commence. As not all work can be enclosed by machine, they also have a hard working and diligent packing team. Quality checks are made throughout this process. All elements are then carefully packed, sealed, labelled and sorted ready for posting.
Stage Four > Mailing
With PS Mailings’ knowledge and understanding of the postal services, we have had huge success and lots of positive feedback. The whole process is accurate and incredibly well presented. The print reaches the recipient in tiptop condition.
We have found that PS Mailing saves both ourselves and our clients a huge amount of time and man hours. Completing jobs that potentially would take weeks, they are fulfilling and mailing in as little as a few days.
